Q. Does this Psalm help us in facing criticism and enemies?
A. Yes. Problems, criticism, enemies can seem big but to focus on them as opposed to the LORD is folly. In v8 David states plainly what he's known since the beginning and revealed from v3: Deliverance comes from the LORD. When God is large in our sight, enemies shrink and rest and revitalisation are possible (v5)
